I. Overview:
The HASD-YW-2 intrinsically safe explosion-proof combined smoke and heat fire detector is an RS485 signal output detector that can be used with any host computer (controller) equipped with an RS485 communication interface.
When the on-site smoke concentration exceeds the set threshold or the on-site temperature reaches the set value, the detector indicator light stays on and sends an alarm signal to the controller. The indicator light returns to the flashing (inspection) state only after the system is reset or after a brief power outage followed by a restart.
This product complies with the standards of GB3836.1—2000 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 1: General Requirements," GB3836.2--2000 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 2: Flameproof Enclosure 'd'," and GB3836.4--2000 "Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmospheres Part 4: Intrinsic Safety 'i'." It is suitable for locations containing flammable and explosive mixed gases in industries such as petroleum, chemical, military, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals. It has passed inspection by the testing authority and obtained an explosion-proof certification.
II. Features:
The smoke detection part of this detector uses advanced scattering technology and imported optoelectronic components, improving the sensor's reliability, stability, and consistency. It features a unique maze design with excellent anti-insect, anti-dust, and anti-external light interference performance. The heat detection part uses a thermosensitive element to detect ambient temperature, making it particularly suitable for locations with rapid temperature rises during fires. IV. Installation Precautions:
1. During maintenance, handle with care to avoid damaging the detector.
2. There should be no obstructions within 0.5 meters around the detector.
3. The horizontal distance from the detector to the air conditioning vent should not be less than 1.5 meters.
4. The horizontal distance from the detector to walls or beams should not be less than 0.5 meters.
5. When installing detectors on the ceiling of an inner corridor less than 3 meters wide, position them centrally. The installation spacing between detectors should not exceed 15 meters, and the distance from the end wall should not exceed half of the installation spacing.
6. The detector should be installed horizontally. If倾斜 installation is necessary, the tilt angle should not exceed 45°.
7. The detector base should be firmly installed, and its wiring connections must be reliable.
8. The detector's confirmation light should face the main entrance for easy observation.
9. Do not disassemble while powered in易燃易爆 locations.
10. During installation, avoid damaging the flameproof surface and keep it clean. Tighten the flameproof surface screws evenly, ensuring no wires or foreign objects are trapped.
11. Note: Do not remove the dust cover during installation to prevent dust from affecting the detector's accuracy. Remove the dust cover once the system is operational.
V. Working Principle:
The smoke detection part of this detector uses infrared scattering原理 to detect fires. The circuit mainly consists of an infrared发射 part and a接收 part. The发射 tube and接收 tube are placed in an optical暗室, which blocks external stray light interference but allows smoke to enter. In a smoke-free state, only weak infrared light is received. When smoke enters, the scattered light strengthens the received signal. When smoke reaches a certain concentration, an alarm signal is output. To reduce interference and power consumption, the发射 circuit operates intermittently, extending the发射 tube's lifespan.
The heat detection part uses a thermistor as a sensor. The sensor output signal is amplified and input to a microcontroller, which processes the signal using intelligent algorithms. When the microcontroller detects a fire signal, it lights the fire alarm indicator and outputs the fire alarm signal. The alarm output signal uses the RS485 output method.
RS-485 Communication: Uses a standard RS-485 communication interface with selectable baud rates: 2400 bps, 4800 bps, 9600 bps, or 19200 bps. (Default baud rate is 9600 bps, and the 485 address is 5).
Modbus-RTU Protocol: Alarm status register addresses are 01, 02, 03, or 04, read using function codes 01, 02, 03, or 04. The status is "0" or "1" ("0" for normal, "1" for alarm).
